Her UTokyo is a collection of stories about the diverse female researchers of UTokyo. Female researchers are often far from being the majority at our university, especially in the faculties of science and engineering, and particularly among the Japanese community. Although some female researchers may feel isolated, we believe that actually many people are facing similar experiences. We hope that these stories will help to increase the visibility of female researchers at our university and contribute to a stronger sense of community.

We have two categories of content in Her UTokyo. "Stories" are short interviews of female students. "Experiences" are longer collections of lessons from the professional career paths of female researchers.
